Site Manager (Umbrella PAYE) Location: Near Oxford Contract Type: 4-month initial contract (Umbrella PAYE only) Daily Rate: £300 - £350 per day Summary We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 4-month initial contract to manage the strip-out of an empty steel frame warehouse near Oxford. The project involves demolition works, removal of mezzanine floors, and preparation of the building for conversion into a hatchling factory. The successful candidate will have proven experience working on steel-framed buildings, including concrete slab, ceilings, and M&E installations on similar projects. You will report directly to a site-based Project Manager and be responsible for overseeing all site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining programme and quality requirements. This role is strictly Umbrella PAYE; CIS or Ltd Company payments will not be accepted. The project is due to start mid-September.
