We’re representing a well-established, design-focused consultancy that has been part of the Yorkshire skyline for decades. Their Leeds office is now seeking an experienced and inspiring team leader at Principal or Associate Engineer level to help drive growth, innovation, and technical excellence.
You’ll play a pivotal role in leading a talented engineering team, delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and regeneration sectors.
This is a leadership position that blends technical expertise, team development, and client engagement — perfect for someone who enjoys making things happen both inside and outside of design meetings.
- Manage and develop a team of up to eight engineers and technicians.
- Lead the delivery of multiple projects from concept to completion.
