About the Company:

Anderselite is working with a large, well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy seeking a mid-level Contract Revit Architectural Technician to support their growing portfolio of high-security and technically complex projects.

About the Role:

This role will suit a technician with a solid grounding in project delivery from RIBA stages 3–5, who can confidently produce fully coordinated, detailed technical drawing packages in Revit, and who thrives in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong technical design and delivery experience across RIBA stages 3–5.
  • High proficiency in Autodesk Revit (3D).
  • Previous experience in highly regulated sectors (e.g. Defence, Labs, Nuclear, Prisons, Hospitals, Government Facilities, R&D).
  • Understanding of UK building regulations, technical standards, and CDM regulations.
  • Able to work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver coordinated, buildable solutions.
  • Experience preparing NBS Chorus specifications.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise across concurrent workstreams.
  • Comfortable reviewing and coordinating subcontractor models/drawings.

Required Skills:

Preferred Skills:

Pay Type: Paid via umbrella company - Inside IR35
