Are you an Architect with a passion for passivhaus design? Are you an advocate for sustainability within architecture with a finger on the pulse when it comes to environmentally conscious design and construction methods including Low Carbon Design? We have a fantastic opportunity for the individual described above which we are working on exclusively with the architectural studio who are based in the Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales area.
Essentials:
- The ability to work confidently across all RIBA stages with an in-depth knowledge of planning and technical processes
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Experience or qualification in passivhaus design
- Residential, Housing and Social Housing/care sectors
- Experience in phpp documents
- An individual who has a genuine love for Sustainability, Low carbon design and the Passivhaus industry and someone who will assist in pushing passivhaus standards, energy softwares and passivhaus planning packages.
