About the role We are currently looking to recruit an Air Conditioning Engineer to maintain a building within the Bridgend area. The role will be responsible for dealing with the planned and preventative maintenance and repairs of all HVAC equipment in the building as well as other tasks asked for by the manager. Principal Accountabilities You would be responsible to carry out PPM and Reactive works. Responding to emergency repairs in a fast and timely manor. Dealing with the clients on site. Ensure PDAs are used to maximum effect in managing the close out of planned and reactive work orders Knowledge, Experience and Skills • Proven building maintenance experience • Recognised NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning • F-GAS 2079 CAT1 • Be able to work at height, on roofs, up steps and ladders and in MEWPs • Ability to work with and control of the CAFM system via iPad This is a temporary position until March 2025 and is paying £18.28 per hour PAYE + Holiday pay or £23.19 per hour umbrella.
