We are currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee a new build supermarket in the Lincoln area. This is a temporary position with a duration of 25 weeks. Previous experience working on new build commercial/supermarkets is essential. This is working days and the shift pattern will be Monday to Friday. The start date of this project is 21st April.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure the successful completion of the project.
- Oversee all aspects of the project, including safety, quality control, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure the project meets all timelines, budget requirements, and health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings with the client.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager with a background in similar projects.
- Groundworks experience would be preferable.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid.
