Receptionist / Front Of House
Location: Cuckney, Mansfield
Start: April 2025 (ASAP)
Hours: Part Time Role (7:30 โ€“ 12:00 Midday)
Type: 1-month rolling contract
Pay:
ยฃ12.75 Per Hour PAYE

We are currently looking for a Receptionist / Front of House professional in the Cuckney region.
The role will entail working in a busy environment, meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring sign in procedures are upheld, to ensure Health and Safety is a priority for all people on site.
This is a part time role working 07:30 โ€“ 12:00 Midday, Monday to Friday. This is a temporary position, which will be a 1-month rolling contract, however there is potential for the role to develop.
The ideal candidate will punctual, with strong communication and organisation skills, able to start a new role straight away.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
โ€“ Meeting and Greeting visitors.
โ€“ Ensuring all visitors follow sign-in procedures.
โ€“ Working in a busy environment, ensuring visitors are seen to promptly.
โ€“ Liaising with employees to ensure visitors are promptly met.
โ€“ Logging all information related to new visitors.
โ€“ Taking incoming phone calls and responding to emails are required.

Candidate will ideally:
โ€“ Have worked in a previous Reception / Front of House role previously, meeting and greeting visitors.
โ€“ Be punctual, with strong organisation and communication skills, able to work in a busy environment.
โ€“ Be professional, approachable and friendly, to help ensure a welcoming environment.
โ€“ Be I.T literate, able to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and learn bespoke visitor management systems.
