About the Role: Our client is seeking a skilled and qualified Plumber to join their team, specialising in responsive repairs within social housing. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality plumbing services to our tenants, ensuring their homes are safe and comfortable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform responsive repairs and maintenance on plumbing systems within social housing properties.
- Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and other plumbing issues.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and appliances (e.g., sinks, toilets, water heaters).
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and housing officers to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
