My client is looking to appoint a Maintenance Planner on a temporary basis. The role is based at the client's Livingston office and is initially for a three-month period. The role would be working alongside the client's Maintenance Resource Planners supporting with planning reactive work for the Maintenance Technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with customer queries by email and phone
  • Raising POs for any third-party contractors
  • Raising invoices
  • Supporting with the planning of work
  • Communicating with depots regarding stock availability
  • General administration support duties

Experience and qualifications

  • Experience working in a similar role in a construction or manufacturing environment
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Organised
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office packages

This role is paid on an hourly rate based on 40 hours a week, Mon - Fri 07:30 - 16:30 with 1 hour break. For more information, please email an up-to-date CV.
