Contract Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Joiner to carry out a variety of joinery tasks focused on repair and maintenance.
The role involves working onsite in both occupied and void accomodation,
Work is to be completed to a high standard with attention to health and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, able to work independently or as part of a team, and demonstrate excellent workmanship and customer service skills.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Joiner
- First and second fix joinery expertise
- Ability to install and repair doors, frames, skirting, architraves
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work in occupied properties with professionalism
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Use of hand and power tools
Certifications & Standards:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery
