We are seeking an experienced Internal Fit-out Architect to join our team on exciting sports and leisure projects. The role focuses on detailed Stage 4 Revit delivery, ensuring high-quality construction outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Fire stop detailing, MEP coordination, risers, builders work, doors, and other internal fit-out elements
– Stage 4 Revit detailing (2D and 3D)
– Specification writing and construction documentation
– Collaborate with Contractors, Trade Contractors, and on-site teams
– Attend live construction sites to ensure technical compliance
Requirements:
– Proven experience in Stage 4 internal fit-out detailing
– Strong Revit skills (2D and 3D)
– Specification writing experience
– Hands-on site experience with contractor coordination
