We are seeking an experienced Internal Fit-out Architect to join our team on exciting sports and leisure projects. The role focuses on detailed Stage 4 Revit delivery, ensuring high-quality construction outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
β Fire stop detailing, MEP coordination, risers, builders work, doors, and other internal fit-out elements
β Stage 4 Revit detailing (2D and 3D)
β Specification writing and construction documentation
β Collaborate with Contractors, Trade Contractors, and on-site teams
β Attend live construction sites to ensure technical compliance
Requirements:
β Proven experience in Stage 4 internal fit-out detailing
β Strong Revit skills (2D and 3D)
β Specification writing experience
β Hands-on site experience with contractor coordination
