Electrical Site Manager in West London

Electrical Site Manager – 12-18 months contract – Ealing area, London – £32.00 per hour

AndersElite require an experienced Electrical Site Manager to support the existing site team on a large apartment block development near Ealing, London, to commence ASAP in September 2025, subject to a successful site or video interview.

This is a long term freelance position offering a chance to join an established building services contractor in the early stages of a multi million pound contract, with the potential of further work after this project completes around November 2026.

Reporting into the Project Manager, duties and expectations will include the following:

• Managing sub-contractors on site
• Supervision of all electrical installation disciplines
• Perform Tool Box Talks
• Perform Site Inductions
• Maintain the daily M&E site diary
• The ability to work under pressure to meet set deadlines
• The ability to plan ahead, co-ordinate and prioritise workloads
• Responsibility for overall quality assurance
• Fully understand design drawings
• IT Literate

Candidates will be required to work around usually 7.30 – 17.00 (Mon-Fri) and the hourly rate is £32.00 per hour, usually 45 hours per week paid but with potential overtime or weekend work available.

Candidates must have the SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) and up to date ECS / CSCS certification in order to apply.
