Anderselite are currently working with a reputable Architectural consultancy of whom are seeking a Graduate/ Junior level Architectural Technician on a Permanent basis. As an Architectural Technician, you will play a crucial role in their architectural projects, contributing your expertise and technical proficiency to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality designs. The ideal candidate will have some background in practice and proficiency with Revit software.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the architectural team to create detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications for residential projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and codes of practice throughout the design process.
- Undertake the preparation of construction drawings, detailing elements such as floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers, to achieve project objectives.
- Utilize Revit software extensively to model and produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings.
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant Architectural and Design or HND/HNC Qualification
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work semi-remotely with occasional on-site visits to Bristol.
