Architectural Designer – House Builder – Bucks
I am working with a superb House Builder in their search for an Architectural Designer for their Buckinghamshire office.
In the role of Architectural Designer the role will include both planning and technical design with an emphasis on the planning stages. it is important that candidates have experience with AutoCAD software and ideally with 2/3 years experience post-qualification.
Duties:
Assisting in the upkeep and development of standard housing and apartment portfolio, internal specification and construction specifications alongside standard details to enable the production of our regional sites using standard product.
Communicating with regional teams on updates to our portfolio as well as NHBC standards and regulations, ensuring product and specification meets current regulations and legislation.
Attending workstreams and collaboration meetings with regional teams and 3rd party consultants and designers to ensure key deadlines are met in line with companies standards.
Working as part of a busy design team, you will be working on a range of interesting projects, looking at the design process from concept through to construction.
