Anderselite are working with a progressive AJ100 architectural practice with studios in London and Cardiff. The Cardiff team are now looking to recruit a talented and motivated Architect (Part 3 qualified) or Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their high-end design and housing projects team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a practice known for nurturing staff and delivering award-winning work across the UK residential sector.

The Role

The successful candidate will be working on a diverse portfolio of projects, with a particular focus on high-end residential and housing schemes. You’ll play a key role in design and technical delivery, supporting project teams from planning through to construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project delivery across all RIBA stages.
  • Contribute to the design and technical detailing of high-end residential projects.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of planning applications.
  • Undertake work on Housing and Residential projects (experience advantageous).
  • Produce high-quality drawings and design documentation using Revit.
  • Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning policies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Cardiff and London studios.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ UK-based architectural experience.
  • Qualified Part 2 Architectural Assistant or recently qualified Part 3 Architect up to experienced level
  • Strong design skills with experience in the high-end residential sector.
  • Technical experience essential experience desirable.
  • Good knowledge of UK building regulations and technical detailing.
  • Excellent Revit skills beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A flexible and committed approach, with enthusiasm for contributing to a collaborative studio culture.
