Exciting Opportunity: Mid-Weight Technical Roles with Interior Bias Location : London, Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham, Leeds, or Edinburgh. Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (via Umbrella). We are partnering with a prestigious multi-disciplinary client engaged in a high-profile government framework project. They are seeking talented mid-weight technical professionals—including Architects, Architectural Technicians, Technologists, and Interior Designers—with an interior-focused skill set. This is your chance to work on key fit-out projects within a 6-year framework. The initial contract is for 6 months, with a strong potential for extension due to a growing pipeline of work. What We’re Looking For: – Specification Knowledge: Familiarity with materials and technical specifications. – 3D Skills: Competence in 3D software is desirable. – Building Regulations Knowledge: Essential for successful project delivery. – Experience in the Workplace Sector: Desirable but not essential. – Revit Proficiency: Essential for the role. – Refurbishment Expertise: Experience working with existing structures, such as ceilings, is required. – Stakeholder Liaison: Ability to collaborate with MEP teams and address unique building features. – Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with fabrication processes. – Clearance Requirement: Applicants must either already hold or be eligible to obtain BSPP clearance.
