Whether representing buyers or sellers, we offer a comprehensive financial due diligence service leading to value-related advice and hands-on support across a full spectrum of industries.**What You’ll Do*** Analysing and modelling of financial performance (past and future) of an acquisition target* Delivering standalone sections of financial due diligence (e.g. quality of earnings, net working capital, net debt, historical performance etc.) reporting directly to Directors / MDs* Creating, manipulating, and analysing of diverse data sets* Identifying value drivers of the transaction including QoE, NWC, ND adjustments and key growth and cost levers.* Overseeing junior members of the team to assist them and review their analysis* Drafting of report sections relevant to your areas of analysis* Conducting business development including preparation of pipeline, pitch and asset discussion documents as well as client meetings* Communicating with peers and senior members of the team and clients* Leading Q
