You’ll be surrounded by an open, collaborative culture that embraces diversity, recognition, professional development and, most importantly, you. Are you ready to make your impact?
About The Role
The FTI Consulting EMEA Leadership team drives regional growth, performance and transformation. We are looking for a highly capable, self-starting individual to support the region in further accelerating 10 years of continuous growth — using data, technology and AI-enabled workflows to improve decision-making, execution and scale. Reporting to the EMEA VP, Strategy, Transformation and Business Performance, the role supports strategic priorities, operating model improvements and cross-regional transformation initiatives.
The Strategy, Transformation & Business Performance team is built around three objectives:
- Drive the EMEA leadership agenda and business performance, from monthly results to long-term planning. Own the strategic framework, provide market insight and support cross-segment priorities, including AI-enabled initiatives.
- Develop a more efficient, effective and technology-enabled EMEA operating model, including SG&A, DSO and agentic workflow improvements.
You will help EMEA leaders prioritize, assess and execute against a wide range of opportunities and challenges — turning complex information into clear actions and building repeatable, tech-enabled ways of working. This is an opportunity for a proactive, confident and articulate strategy professional to help shape how FTI grows and operates in EMEA. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong judgement, senior stakeholder management and a practical mindset for improving workflows through data, automation and agentic AI.
What You’ll Do
- Data Analysis and Insight
Gather market, financial and operating data and translate it into clear insights, recommendations and leadership-ready outputs. Use AI tools, structured research and agentic workflows to accelerate analysis, identify patterns and improve output quality. Present concise findings to senior management to support strategic decision-making and day-to-day leadership of the region. - Strategic Planning
Define and manage strategic plans across FTI’s business segments and geographies, including priorities, owners, milestones and measures of success. Build business cases that support growth, M&A, performance improvement and operating model change across EMEA. Identify opportunities to simplify, automate or redesign recurring processes using technology and AI-enabled ways of working. - Project Management
Prepare leadership meetings, agendas and materials that enable clear decisions and follow-through. Manage cross-functional projects, track actions and translate regional priorities into practical delivery plans. Build structured workflows, dashboards and routines that improve transparency, accountability and pace across the region. - Applying AI
Apply AI tools and agentic workflows to daily project work, accelerating research, analysis, synthesis and production of high-quality outputs. Help design and embed repeatable AI-enabled workflows for leadership reporting, market intelligence, planning, project tracking and knowledge management. Champion responsible adoption of technology across the team and wider EMEA region.
How You’ll Grow
We invest in professional development through on-the-job learning, self-guided courses, certifications and coaching. You will be assigned a dedicated coach to mentor, guide and support your growth. As you progress, tailored programs will help prepare you for critical professional milestones and future leadership opportunities.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Strong analytical judgement, structured problem solving and ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations and leadership-ready outputs.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and agentic workflows to improve productivity, analysis, project delivery and team ways of working.
- Proven ability to support strategy, growth, operating model or performance improvement projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills, with confidence working with senior leaders across segments, functions and geographies.
Basic Qualifications
MBA, CFA or equivalent degree-level education, with 6+ years’ relevant experience in professional services, strategy, transformation or corporate performance, including experience at a top-tier management consulting firm. Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI and automation tools. Other European language skills are desirable.
