The Role: As a Procurement Manager, you will support a range of infrastructure and transportation programmes, working closely with public and private sector clients to provide expert procurement and commercial strategies. You will play a key role in developing solutions to complex challenges and engaging with supply chain partners., * Develop and deliver procurement strategies for major projects.

  • Advise clients on procurement models and commercial strategies.

  • Engage with suppliers and conduct early market engagements.

  • Prepare tender and contract documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders including legal, finance, and engineering teams.

  • Provide construction cost analysis and benchmarking reports.

  • Degree qualified with MRICS, MCIPS, MCIOB (or working towards).

  • Strong experience in procurement within infrastructure, engineering, or construction sectors.

  • Knowledge of procurement delivery models and collaborative procurement frameworks.

  • Familiarity with construction forms of contract (NEC, JCT, FIDIC).

  • Experience working within public sector procurement regulations.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in category management and developing packaging/lotting strategies.

  • Knowledge of eSourcing and eEvaluation systems.

  • Contract negotiation experience within competitive procurement processes.
