Managing and delivering compliance contracts (fire detection, emergency lights, smoke vents etc) to the highest standards.

Overseeing the Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) programme – from planning, organising and delivering.

Overseeing project expenses, including the measurement and reassessment of work, as well as managing valuations and payments.

Inspecting fire doors and necessary actions are completed in accordance with fire safety legislation.

A valid UK driving license.

Experience in creating contract documents and manging procurement process for contracts.
