Summary
Team Leader - Housekeeping
Duties and responsibilities related to the Team Leader role:
- Assigns responsibilities to room attendants and porters via Hot SoS.
- Deploy staff to specific areas.
- Assist with housekeeping morning briefing.
- Coordinate and liaise with other related Departments.
- Make daily inspections of all assigned areas in absence of Executive/Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
- Conduct flash inspections whilst performing your normal daily duties inspecting guest bedrooms.
- Check and control the stock issued to team to ensure they have the tools required to complete their tasks to Hyatt standards.
- To ensure daily housekeeping operation runs smoothly.
- To follow-up on job order issued to Engineering Dept through Hot SoS.
- To handle guest complaints.
