What you will do as Director of Sales & Marketing:
- Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing Sales and Marketing team.
- Develop and execute the hotel’s Sales and Marketing strategy to achieve forecasted and budgeted revenue targets.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and commercial insights to ensure a competitive and innovative approach.
- Drive strategic sales initiatives and business development to grow revenue across all market segments.
