Schedule Available working hours will vary each week and can range anywhere from 0 to 40 hours. Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring every interaction is prompt, professional, and welcoming.
- Greet guests warmly and create a comfortable, friendly atmosphere throughout their dining experience.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions to confidently assist and guide guests.
- Follow departmental standard operating procedures to maintain consistent service excellence.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient service flow and smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in line with Hyatt brand expectations.
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is preferred.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for guest service.
