Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work.
  • Responsible for all Front Office functions during the overnight shift.
  • The role includes supervising and training Hosts and Door Hosts.
  • Perform all tasks of the Front Office as needed to facilitate service.
  • Ensure all operations and cash handling are done per policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that the department is appropriately staffed according to activity levels.
  • Ensure that all Front Office staff are aware of all new promotions and changes.
  • Ensure that check‑in and check‑out standards are adhered to.

About You

We are looking for a motivated candidate with good experience in a front office or guest service role, preferably within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a great understanding of front office operations, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer‑focused approach. A high level of professionalism, the ability to handle guest concerns calmly and efficiently, familiarity with hotel management systems, and flexibility to work overnight hours are required. A commitment to maintaining exceptional service standards at all times is essential.
