- You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
- The Waiter/Waitress – Room Service is responsible to provide exceptional customer service in the function of order taker in the Food & Beverage division of the hotel.
- Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Work experience in hotel operations is preferred.
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Able to perform rotating and midnight shifts.
- A can-do attitude.
