Express your Andaz as a Part-Time associate in the Rooms Division. Guest Service Centre (Telephone Operator). You are service-oriented and passionate about achieving customer satisfaction. You are also a good team player and at the same time a confident individual, willing to learn and take on new challenges. Passion in customer service and the hospitality industry is essential.
Prior experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage. You should possess good problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. A positive and can-do attitude is required. You must be able to work shifts, on weekends, and public holidays.
