Come join us to express your Andaz as Captain – Event Service if the following describes you. You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. You will assist the Event Service Manager in ensuring that the banquet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
Your Profile
- Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations preferably in the Events or Banquet Department.
- Good problem solving, customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
- A can-do attitude.
