Head Chef Eastway Brasserie (All Day Dining)

Eastway Brasserie is a vibrant, all-day dining restaurant nestled in the stylishAndaz London Liverpool Streethotel. It blends a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere, perfect for casual meals, business lunches and special celebrations. Known for its modern European cuisine, Eastway Brasserie offers a dynamic menu featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients with a contemporary flair. The open kitchen provides diners with an immersive experience, adding an interactive element to the dining experience.

Reporting To: Hotel Executive Sous Chef

What you will do as a Head Chef

  • Oversee Culinary Excellence : Lead and inspire a talented team of 10 to deliver exceptional dining experiences for breakfast, lunch, afternoon-tea and dinner, ensuring each meal is prepared to the highest standard with fresh, quality ingredients.
  • Collaborate on Menu Creation : Play an active role in creating and updating our menus, infusing your creativity and passion for food while aligning with our brands vision and guest expectations.
  • Promote Team Productivity : Maximize productivity through effective multi-skilling, multi-tasking, and flexible scheduling, helping the team meet both financial targets and guest satisfaction standards.
  • Contribute to Business Planning : Assist in preparing the annual Food and Beverage: business plan and support marketing efforts to promote our culinary offerings.
