We’re on the lookout for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our PFI Repairs team. This role offers a salary of £33,280 per year based on a 37.5-hour week, with extra earning potential through our call-out rota too! You’ll get 26 days of paid annual leave (increasing each year up to 31), plus Bank Holidays and a brilliant pension scheme where we’ll match your contributions up to 9%. Ideally, we’re looking for people who can hit the ground running, so you’ll have worked in similar repairs and maintenance roles, great if they’ve been within social housing, but certainly not a deal breaker! You’ll enjoy interacting with our customers and providing a great service.
We’re looking for Multi-trade people, who can perform joinery, building, plumbing repairs to a high standard, so every day will be different and new!
