We’re on the lookout for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our PFI Repairs team. This is a great chance to be part of something meaningful - helping to bring homes back to life and into the hands of those who need them most. You’ll also get a van and fuel card (for work use only), and we’ll provide the latest power tools - though as a seasoned tradesperson, you’ll already have your own hand tools.

Ideally, we’re looking for people who can hit the ground running, so you’ll have worked in similar repairs and maintenance roles, great if they’ve been within social housing, but certainly not a deal breaker! You’ll enjoy interacting with our customers and providing a great service.

We're looking for Multi-trade people, who can perform joinery, building, plumbing repairs to a high standard, so every day will be different and new! This role offers a salary of £34,445 per year based on a 37.5-hour week, with extra earning potential through our call-out rota too! You’ll get 26 days of paid annual leave (increasing each year up to 31), plus Bank Holidays and a brilliant pension scheme where we’ll match your contributions up to 9%.
