Your main patch will be around the York and Malton areas, though you may occasionally travel across Yorkshire.
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running—confident across a range of trade skills and experienced in repairs and maintenance. Experience within social housing is a bonus but not essential; what matters most is the skillset and positive attitude you bring to the team.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence.
- Basic DBS check will be required if you’re successful.

- £35,878.48 per year based on a 37.5‑hour week, plus opportunities for overtime and call‑out pay.
