Yorkshire Housing is seeking an Income and Advice Support Officer to join our Income Team. You’ll be the first point of contact for income-related queries, triage cases, keep records up to date and support customers with practical advice.
With strong people skills, numeracy and a can-do attitude, you’ll help collect rent, support enforcement tasks, plan campaigns and signpost customers to the right help, while keeping systems accurate.
