# Joiner Multiskilled## Job IntroductionUp to**£32,670.74 per year** for a 37.5-hour week and opportunities for over-time pay.Your primary location will be **Leeds and Bradford**, but you may need to travel across Yorkshire on occasion. You’ll get 26 days paid annual leave (rising annually to 31) plus Bank Holidays and the option to buy or sell some extra leave every year! A fantastic pension scheme, we’ll match your contribution up to 9% You’ll get a van and fuel card too (for work use only) so you’ll need a driving licence. We’ll supply the latest power tools, but as a tradesperson you’ll already have your own hand tools. You can also claim back for medical appointments, prescriptions and more through our colleague cash plan, and access thousands of retail discounts with Perkbox. You’ll work a 37.5-hour week, between 8am and 6pm but we can be flexible with this. We do have to look after our customers 24/7, so you’ll be expected to cover a call out service, but don’t worry, there are lots of willing folk helping out, so the rota is flexible and given in advance notice so you can plan around this. You’ll work with an experienced, dynamic and friendly team across the region, and receive training from our experts to ensure you meet our quality guidelines. Opportunities to upskill yourself with various qualifications and move up the ladder too. Ideally, we are looking for people who can hit the ground running, so you’ll have worked in similar repairs and maintenance roles, great if they have been within social housing, but certainly not a deal breaker! We really just want the skills you can bring to our teams. You’ll enjoy interacting with our customers and providing a great service.
