Yorkshire Housing in York/Malton area is seeking an experienced Empty Homes Team Leader to drive our empty homes service across Yorkshire. You will lead a team of Operatives, oversee performance, and ensure homes are turned around quickly, safely and to high standards your customers expect.
You'll work with contractors and stakeholders to plan effectively, manage budgets, and maintain Lettable Standard while delivering excellent customer outcomes.
