After a string of new business wins we are seeking an energetic Videographer / Video Editor with a passion for social content and experience in live sports or entertainment.
AT A GLANCE
- Full‑time in‑house role with hybrid working
- London – 2 office days per week (must be UK‑based)

- Regular travel to global client shoots and live events
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Capture, produce and edit high‑quality video content for brand campaigns, social media engagement and growth, and to tell the story of multiple sports clients.
- Work with social media teams on pre‑production across controlled filming days and live sports content days – focusing on content brainstorming, shot list development, content narrative and equipment requirements.
- Grade, edit and manipulate video seamlessly.
- Edit videos for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and other platforms with an in‑depth knowledge of each platform’s native style.
- Manage workflow and delivery of all assets across client accounts in an organised and controlled manner to meet deadlines.
- Stay on top of key trends and use them to drive results across content.
- Understand and actively seek performance data of content to apply learnings to future content.
- Undertake other tasks including general administrative duties as required.
- Report into the Content Production Director and be part of the wider content production team.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years’ experience in a videographer & video editor role with a proven showreel demonstrating outstanding work.
- Experience setting up camera, lighting and set design on‑shoots.
- Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite – especially Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong colour correction and grading skills across projects.
- Experience creating and editing content across all digital channels, with a focus on social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
- Knowledge of channel requirements (ratios, exclusion zones, treatments).
- Passion for sports, entertainment and culture‑first marketing and an understanding of what works within those communities.
- Ability to work quickly and perform well in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent time‑management and organisational skills, able to edit quickly and efficiently.
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings when required and be flexible to attend international sports events.
- Strong communication skills to work with internal teams and clients.
- Creatively minded with a passion for experimenting with new styles, ideas and concepts.
