AND London is a regeneration and real estate consultancy based in Deptford and working across London and the South East. We are a small team of 12 but have a uniquely broad service offer across the following areas: commercial; insight and research; culture and communities; placemaking; meanwhile and leasing; and brand and design.

Our growing team is made up of built environment professionals with a wide range of expertise and professional backgrounds. The work that we do is hugely varied and no two days are the same. We work with in the public and private sector and clients include some of the world’s largest real estate developers, local authorities, funds and business improvement districts. The sectors that we primarily work within include: large-scale masterplans, residential, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, life sciences, and high streets/public realm.
We have big aspirations for 2026 and are looking to grow our senior leadership team to support further growth across the business.
Who You Are:
We are very open to who we speak to and want to collaboratively shape the role, responsibilities, and job scope with the right person. You will be a built environment expert who has solid industry experience, a great communicator and a really good understanding of the planning and development process.
You may have worked client-side in a DM-role, or as an architect/masterplanner, or at a consultancy, and will have strong industry specialisms in commercial real estate and placemaking.
It is important that you have a willingness to work flexibly across a range of different projects that require different approaches and skills but with expertise in the delivery of commercial uses, understanding spatial requirements, quantum and mix.
You are a confident project lead with a proven track record leading high-profile and complex projects. You will act as project and client lead and manage a team of people working on the project. Additionally, you must be a confident writer and able to pen planning-ready reports and other strategic documents for a variety of audiences with ease and accuracy.
At AND, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery including research and data gathering, design, and insight, to ensure the production of high-quality, visionary, and industry leading strategies and reports. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable managing multiple projects with varying deadlines simultaneously and having oversight of capacity across the team, ultimately ensuring all projects are delivered to time and to budget.
You will be a core part of the Senior Management Team and will work towards scaling and growing the business, effectively using your prior experience in strategic decision making to help achieve AND’s business and development targets. You will be a great leader and will have direct and indirect line management responsibilities and will always ensure that the wider team is developing, learning and growing. You will be a positive presence and help drive an inclusive, happy and forward-thinking office culture through the implementation of events, policies and activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects and ensure successful delivery of all work.
- Act as a project lead and primary client contact, fostering positive relationships with clients that secures repeat work.
- Lead and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Ensure that all projects meet regulatory requirements and standards, and work closely with internal and external partners to ensure compliance.
- Work across all RIBA stages in the delivery of projects.
- Lead within the wider Senior Management Team in strategic decision making, recruitment, and the ongoing improvement of company processes.
- Utilise sector contacts to develop new business and successful collaborations, and lead on tender processes.
- Maintain a positive attitude, and bring energy and enthusiasm to a small friendly team.
- Manage your own and the team’s workload effectively.
