We bring aboard thinkers, tinkerers, passionate software craftspeople and inspiring technologists to help us solve these challenges. Together, we’re united by a sense of pragmatism, purpose and a deeply-held belief that digital products and technology alone won’t transform a business or save the world: it’s the people that count.

The Opportunity: We are looking for a Web Tech Lead to oversee the frontend delivery of a cornerstone digital platform. As a Lead, you won't just be overseeing delivery; you’ll be the technical heartbeat of mission-critical website architectures (managing dedicated Web dev teams) whilst working closely with the Mobile Tech Lead and Mobile devs (React Native) to ensure consistency, alignment and synergies are found. This role is perfect for a hands‑on frontend expert who loves building responsive, high‑performance web and mobile applications in the cloud, while taking accountability for managing a distributed engineering team to deliver exceptional outcomes for the client.
