What you’ll bring to the table
- Drive the adoption and ongoing development of Practice Areas across the business, ensuring a consistent approach across all teams.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, supporting Practice Leaders and local communities to achieve their goals.
- Coordinate Practice Area resources and activities, ensuring the right people are aligned to key initiatives.
- Plan and deliver engaging events, including workshops, meet-ups, virtual sessions and hackathons.
- Manage and improve knowledge-sharing platforms, ensuring documentation, case studies and best practice resources are organised and accessible.
- Support learning and development by connecting Practice Areas with training, certifications and career development programmes.
- Track engagement and measure the success of Practice Area initiatives using metrics such as participation, attendance and business impact.
- Act as the key liaison for ISO27001 compliance, ensuring security policies and governance processes are maintained across Practice Areas.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve processes, collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Champion a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and community engagement across the organisation.
