Who We Are: We’re on a mission to close the world’s tech skills gap. We help organisations navigate the future of technology, combining human expertise, emerging tech and AI to deliver better outcomes, faster. Since 2014, we’ve worked side-by-side with clients to solve complex challenges, build high-performing teams, and create lasting capability. As technology continues to evolve, we believe the most successful organisations will be those that combine the best of both: human ingenuity AND intelligent technology.

That belief is embedded in everything we do. We call it the genius of the AND: deep expertise AND practical delivery, innovation AND responsibility, ambitious work AND sustainable careers. Through our Guide, Build and Equip approach, we help organisations embrace change, deliver meaningful impact, and develop the skills they need to thrive in an increasingly agentic world.

About you:

  • You are action-orientated, energised by driving change and innovating with modern learning solutions.
  • You care deeply about producing high-quality work that delivers real value and staying outcome-focused.
  • You are adaptable, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and enjoy solving complex problems collaboratively.
  • You bring strong expertise in your craft, with an inquisitive drive to keep learning, evolving, and helping others grow, so we can stay at the forefront of best practice collectively.
  • You are an exceptional facilitator, with the confidence and skill to deliver high-impact sessions seamlessly across remote, hybrid, and face-to-face environments.
  • You communicate clearly and build trust quickly across all levels and backgrounds, and client environments.
  • You value low-ego collaboration and enjoy working as part of multidisciplinary teams.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • As an experienced Talent Growth Partner within our Academy team, you will be a progressive learning and enablement specialist ambitious to evolve how we build capability at scale. This role is pivotal in delivering future-fit learning experiences for the agentic era, with your time split roughly 80% on internal capability and 20% on client initiatives.
  • Partnering strategically across our technical Practice Areas, Strategic Alliances, Business Units and external clients, you will foster a modern, high-performing learning culture for both our teams and select clients.

Key focus areas:

  • Stakeholder partnership: Proactively fostering relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who can map capability needs to changing business dynamics and market trends.
  • Programme design & delivery: Leading the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, blended learning and enablement solutions, high-impact onboarding experiences and advanced workshops, collaborating closely with cross-functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Digital & AI innovation: Evaluating innovative learning technologies, driving LXP engagement, and integrating AI-powered tools to optimise enablement processes and outcomes.
  • Social learning & knowledge sharing: Cultivating modern, peer-to-peer social learning environments within our technical practice areas, helping teams design self-sustaining, collaborative learning habits.
  • Data & impact architecture: Conducting structured performance needs analyses and integrating robust evaluation methodologies to track learning transfer, leverage data-driven insights, and clearly demonstrate the business ROI of initiatives.
  • Enablement leadership & mentoring: Coaching and mentoring L&D team members and internal SMEs, systematically evaluating training effectiveness to champion innovation and scale best practices across the organisation.
  • Brand & strategy advocacy: Working closely with the Academy leadership to shape a forward-thinking enablement brand, proactively communicating the value of learning to key stakeholders.
  • Industry profile: Tracking shifts in the wider technology and business landscape to ensure learning solutions remain future-proof, while representing the organisation’s vision at industry forums and external events.

Equal Opportunities Statement: We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
