What you’ll bring to the table:
- As a key member of our regional growth team, your mission is to be the ultimate door-opener. This role is dedicated to top-of-funnel strategic prospecting and lead generation.
- You will focus on initiating highly personalised, credible relationships with senior digital leaders, identifying their strategic challenges, and generating high-quality opportunities for the wider Client Partnerships (CP) team to drive to close.
- Really get to know and understand CIO/CDO/CTO/CEOs in the region. Initiate contact by showing deep empathy for their digital, software development, and cost transformation challenges, and bringing a fresh perspective.
- Own the top of the sales funnel. Design, execute, and scale highly targeted, research-driven outbound prospecting initiatives into our target market.
- Lead on our outbound strategy: which conferences, events, forums, groups, Meetups and webinars ought we to engage with to improve our profile and engage with our target audience.
- Understand the tech and professional services landscape - Bring a wider business and technology perspective.
- Qualify incoming leads and outbound contacts rigorously. Build a bridge between the prospect and the wider regional CP team, collaborating seamlessly to ensure a smooth, high-context handover of warm, qualified opportunities for proposal development and closing.
- Win new clients as part of a team - Take the lead on getting early conversations and meetings for the team to follow up on.
- You will be measured with a clear focus on the number and quality of introductions for the team, and the business that comes from them.
- Excellent relationship management skills - very strong at establishing relationships quickly and nurturing those relationships over time.
- You are highly organized and follow structured processes to keep the sales pipeline clean, updated, and moving.
- Good knowledge across three or more of the following - digital, business strategy, AI, marketing, technology, Agile, change management and business transformation.
- Credible at ‘head of’ level - Aware of the challenges facing decision makers, able to support their thinking and approach to solving their challenges.
