Consulting Franklin is looking for an ANDi to join our team as a Managing Consultant.

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented consultant with expertise in People and Change. Join our dynamic Consulting Team and work on exciting projects that empower clients\’ people and enhance digital products to resonate with customers and meet business goals.

Franklin comprises 5 interdependent practices: People & Change, Customer & Strategy (including Product), Technology, Delivery, and Data. Your main focus will be delivering high-quality billable work that delights clients, supporting business development, and elevating our consulting profile internally and externally.

A Day in the Life of a Consultant

Ideally, you have consulting experience in relevant areas and are eager to engage in diverse projects that deliver real change. You will work with clients to:

  • Lead client engagements and tailor solutions to their needs
  • Develop innovative digital working methods integrated with business functions
  • Create compelling business cases to facilitate change
  • Manage transitions to new digital practices through planning and communication
  • Collaborate with senior executives across functions to promote digital and agile practices
  • Contribute actively to project outcomes and outputs
  • Support the growth of AND Digital within our consulting team
  • Maintain an entrepreneurial mindset, identifying new opportunities for client success

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 2-5 years of experience in consulting, professional services, or digital transformation roles
  • Experience designing and implementing future-fit operating models
  • Hands-on experience in organizational setup and change management
  • Ability to assess impacts, develop engagement plans, and coordinate training
  • A strategic mindset aligned with business vision
  • Strong influencing skills to gain stakeholder buy-in
  • Flexibility to work across multiple client projects
  • A passion for delivering meaningful change and thriving in challenging situations

Additional Skills (Optional)

Experience in commercial aspects such as business case development, business development, and cross-practice contributions is advantageous.
