As a Talent Growth Partner within our Academy team, you will contribute to the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of progressive learning and enablement solutions built for the agentic era. Splitting your focus roughly 80% on internal capability and 20% on client initiatives, you will coordinate core enablement experiences and work directly with our technical Practice Areas, Strategic Alliances, Business Units and external clients to foster a modern, high-performing learning culture.
Digital infrastructure & insights: You will maintain trainer pools, track engagement, pull analytical reports to uncover capability trends, and actively explore AI-powered tools to optimise processes and content curation. Managing project timelines, training logistics, and course schedules to ensure learning experiences are executed efficiently and up to established quality standards. Systematically embedding feedback mechanisms and leveraging data-driven insights to iterate, refine, and continuously elevate the real performance impact of learning solutions. Gathering context on the technical business environment and shifting market trends to ensure design solutions directly address current priorities and organisational challenges.
