We are recruiting for a Senior Product Designer to join us ASAP for a duration of six months initially. This role is 2 days onsite per week in London Victoria.

What you’ll bring to the table:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Discovery: Work closely with the product manager to lead the continuous discovery process, identifying customer pain points and opportunities. Collaborate with a researcher to ensure that we understand existing behaviours and test and iterate on design concepts before moving to delivery. Support the product manager in defining and driving the product roadmap. Design experiments and iterative tests to validate hypotheses before moving to full-scale delivery.
- Delivery: Create and annotate development-ready designs and prototypes in Figma. Support the delivery process of features you’ve designed. Joining daily stand-ups, huddling on constraints and edge-cases, and reviewing tickets from a design perspective.
- Design operations: Collaborate closely with the other two designers on the app team, contributing to our Figma component library and ensuring consistency across the app. Feeding suggestions and issues into the design system team, contributing to developing the design system.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven track record as a Senior Product Designer, ideally within a mobile app environment or a complex travel/fintech ecosystem.
- Comfortable in early stages of discovery, facilitating workshops, contributing to user research, and delivering development-ready UI design.
- Ability to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders within a large, multi-brand organisation.
- Thrives in a squad-based environment, working alongside other designers to ensure a coherent experience.
- Bonus – Experience in using data and experimentation (A/B testing) to inform product iterations.
