We help organisations navigate the future of technology, combining human expertise, emerging tech and AI to deliver better outcomes, faster. Since 2014, we’ve worked side-by-side with clients to solve complex challenges, build high-performing teams, and create lasting capability.

As technology continues to evolve, we believe the most successful organisations will be those that combine the best of both: human ingenuity AND intelligent technology. That belief is embedded in everything we do. We call it the genius of the AND: deep expertise AND practical delivery, innovation AND responsibility, ambitious work AND sustainable careers. Through our Guide, Build and Equip approach, we help organisations embrace change, deliver meaningful impact, and develop the skills they need to thrive in an increasingly agentic world.

About you:

  • You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems collaboratively.
  • You bring strong expertise in your craft, alongside a willingness to keep learning.
  • You communicate clearly and build trust quickly with clients and teammates.
  • You’re pragmatic, adaptable and outcome-focused.
  • You enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others grow.
  • You value low-ego collaboration and enjoy working as part of multidisciplinary teams.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Build great relationships - Really get to know and understand CIO/CDO/CTO/CEOs. Help them solve their key problems and challenge their thinking and approaches to digital and software development.
  • Understand the tech and professional services landscape - Bring a wider business and technology perspective. Know the technical and business landscapes, including where the challenges and opportunities lie.
  • Win new clients as part of a team - Take the lead on opportunities from prospecting and initial contact to close. Navigate complex environments, pulling together multiple strings to close effectively. Working as part of a small BD team in the region with accountability for an annual target.
  • You will be measured with a clear focus on the number and quality of new clients won by yourself and the team.
  • You’ll have significant Enterprise Business Development experience in consulting, technology professional services in favour of product based organisations.
  • Must have a pro-active, hunting attitude and work ethic to building your network, prospecting and making things happen.
  • Excellent relationship Management skills - very strong at building relationships quickly and following a well organised collaborative way.
  • Working knowledge across three or more of the following - digital, business strategy, AI, marketing, technology, Agile, change management and business transformation.
  • Credible at C Suite and Head Of Level - Aware of the challenges facing senior leaders, able to support their thinking and approach to solving these challenges.

Why join AND Digital?

We’re building a culture where talented people can do meaningful work, continue growing, AND enjoy the journey along the way. Our Practice Areas act as a ‘second home’ for our ANDis - a place where you can innovate and learn with like-minded experts who care deeply about their craft, support each other generously, and believe the best ideas come from collaboration, not hierarchy. Our culture is rooted in our values of Wonder, Share and Delight, and shows up through five traits that we celebrate and nurture in all our ANDis: we value curiosity, ambition and a growth-mindset. How to prepare for a job interview at AND Digital

Brush Up on Your Technical Skills

For an IT consulting role, be ready to demonstrate your technical prowess. You might face questions on systems integration, cloud technologies, or even troubleshooting specific software. If you have experience with tools like AWS, Azure, or even specific programming languages, make sure you can talk about them fluently.

Showcase Your Problem-Solving Approach

IT consulting is all about solving problems for clients. Think about how you can illustrate your approach to a past challenge using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). It's a great way to show how you tackle complex issues and come up with effective solutions.

Know the Business Impact of IT Solutions

When discussing your experiences, focus not just on the tech solutions you implemented, but also on their business impact. Employers want to see that you can connect IT with organisational goals. Prep examples that highlight how your tech contributions improved efficiency or reduced costs for past clients or projects.

Prepare for Behavioural Questions

Since IT consulting often involves teamwork and client interactions, expect behavioural questions that assess your interpersonal skills. Be prepared with examples that demonstrate your adaptability, communication skills, and how you handle client feedback. Before the interview, think of situations where you worked closely with clients to create effective IT strategies or changes.
