About you:
- Vast knowledge of both product ownership and business analysis tools, techniques, and best practice approaches.
- Adept at end-to-end requirements management, defining product vision, and roadmap planning, showing pragmatism in adapting the right approach for the right situation.
- Experienced in using JIRA and other agile management tools to create, refine, and relentlessly prioritise a healthy product backlog.
- Can quickly develop deep domain and technical knowledge to credibly engage with stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams on complex problem statements.
- Delivers quality outputs and maximises product value at pace in both structured, and fluid/challenging delivery environments.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills. Acts as the voice of the customer and the business, building strong engagement with SMEs, sponsors, and technical delivery teams.
- Assures the delivery of both business requirements and technical enablers, ensuring that the solution is fit for purpose, scalable, and successfully meets acceptance criteria.
- Experience of end-to-end product lifecycles delivered within a range of methodologies, championing Agile practices and taking ownership of key agile ceremonies.
- Accomplished problem-solver who constructively challenges the status quo, balances business needs with technical constraints, and can develop innovative solutions.
- Skilled at leveraging excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical concepts into clear business terms, and writing comprehensive user stories.
Desirable Skills:
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PSPO, or equivalent Business Analysis/Agile certifications.
- A strong technical aptitude with a foundational understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, or cloud architecture.
- Experience managing and prioritising technical debt and architectural runway alongside new feature delivery.
- Previous background in software development, data analysis, or technical systems analysis.
