Who We Are: We’re on a mission to close the world’s tech skills gap. We help organisations navigate the future of technology, combining human expertise, emerging tech and AI to deliver better outcomes, faster. Since 2014, we’ve worked side-by-side with clients to solve complex challenges, build high-performing teams, and create lasting capability. As technology continues to evolve, we believe the most successful organisations will be those that combine the best of both: human ingenuity AND intelligent technology. That belief is embedded in everything we do. We call it the genius of the AND: deep expertise AND practical delivery, innovation AND responsibility, ambitious work AND sustainable careers. Through our Guide, Build and Equip approach, we help organisations embrace change, deliver meaningful impact, and develop the skills they need to thrive in an increasingly agentic world.

About you:

  • You care deeply about producing high-quality work that delivers real value.
  • You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems collaboratively.
  • You bring strong expertise in your craft, alongside a willingness to keep learning.
  • You communicate clearly and build trust quickly with clients and teammates.
  • You’re pragmatic, adaptable and outcome-focused.
  • You enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others grow.
  • You value low-ego collaboration and enjoy working as part of multidisciplinary teams.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Lead the architectural vision and engineering standards across the full modern web stack, balancing cutting-edge tooling with scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with React 19, Node.Js and TypeScript, crafting performant, accessible, and responsive user interfaces.
  • Proven track record architecting distributed web applications using Micro Frontends (MFE) and Vite Module Federation within scalable Nx monorepos (managed via pnpm).
  • Strong mastery of modern UI styling, routing, and client state: leveraging Tailwind CSS v4, React Router v7, Zustand v5 for global state, and TanStack Query v5 for server-state caching and synchronization.
  • Extensive experience designing and building robust API / BFF layers using Node.js with Express 5, automated type generation (Hey API / OpenAPI, zod-to-openapi, Swagger UI), and interfacing with legacy or on-prem systems (exposure to or knowledge of PHP is advantageous).
  • Expertise in end-to-end type safety, runtime schema validation, and contract-driven development using Zod across both frontend applications and backend services.
  • Full-lifecycle testing leadership across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers using Vitest, Playwright, and Mock Service Worker (MSW v2).
  • High commitment to developer experience (DX) and code quality standards using Oxlint, ESLint, Prettier, and Husky.
  • Practical experience with progressive rollout strategies, targeted experimentation, and runtime configuration using LaunchDarkly.
  • End-to-end ownership of full-stack observability and telemetry leveraging Grafana Faro for client-side monitoring alongside Pino, AWS CloudWatch, and Grafana for backend systems.
  • Hands-on proficiency with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, including Terraform (IaC), AWS services (ECS Fargate, ALB, API Gateway), and automated GitLab CI/CD deployment pipelines.
