- Identify and support account growth opportunities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate delivery teams
- Ensure the right resourcing and skills mix for delivery
- Drive a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement
Practice Development
- Provide feedback on solutions to improve our overall propositions
- Share methods, assets, and accelerators to enhance our reusable IP
- Skills & Experience
- Strong leadership and influencing skills (without relying on authority)
- Excellent communication – able to simplify complex topics for all audiences
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
- High level of planning, organisation, and resource coordination
- Solid financial acumen in managing engagement budgets and margins
- Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning
