AWS Connect Migration 6 Month Contract
Role: AWS Connect Developer (Virtutel to AWS Connect Migration)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions in AWS Connect and related AWS services.
- Migrate telephony workflows, data, and integrations from Virtutel to AWS Connect.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful delivery and integration with existing estates (e.g., British Gas).
- Develop and execute testing plans, and provide technical documentation and support.
Essential Skills:
- Must have hands-on experience with AWS Connect, including contact flow configuration, queue management, and IVR design.
- Strong proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, and EventBridge.
- Experience integrating AWS Connect with external systems and APIs.
- Experience with enterprise telephony, contact center solutions, or similar migration projects.
- Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript for AWS Lambda development.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile team environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Virtutel telephony systems and migration processes (an advantage but not essential).
