Infrastructure (Network) Architect - 12 Month FTC in Bristol

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Review and optimise the existing network topology to ensure it is fully prepared for the migration of critical production workloads.
• Analyse Data Centre Interconnect (DCI) performance and live traffic patterns, validating bandwidth and network capacity ahead of the monolithic cutover.
• Fine-tune routing protocols, network paths and edge configurations to minimise latency and maximise performance for tightly coupled applications.
• Identify and resolve network bottlenecks, performance issues and potential risks to ensure a resilient and highly available environment.
• Conduct security hardening activities, including firewall, encryption and perimeter policy reviews, ensuring compliance with financial services security standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network and migration teams to provide technical guidance, documentation and assurance throughout the migration programme.
